Our laboratory provides routine and specialist microbiological analysis, including:

  • TVC / Enterobacteriaceae
  • Listeria spp. and Listeria monocytogenes
  • Salmonella and Salmonella Serology
  • E. coli and coliforms

  • Real time PCR

Shelf-Life & Challenge Studies
